Book a Session

The Sequence of Breathwork

Each session starts with an intention. I am your guide but you know why you’re here. Your intention is meant to ground and direct your healing. What needs attention or healing in your life? It can be as specific or as general as you’d like but your intention sets the course.

Lying down (you may want a pillow or blanket to make yourself comfortable) I guide you through a two-part mouth breathing exercise for about 30-35 minutes. Music and natural elements such as sage, palo santo and sweet grass are used to ground and clear the space. Sometimes I use oils to further support release and movement or to balance the energy. The session concludes with a restorative period of about 10-15 minutes.

While you are breathing, you may experience physical sensations and a range of emotions, these may be intense or not. Each person’s experience is highly individual and each session is likely to be a little different. Most people experience some form tingling or a buzzy, vibrational feeling while they are breathing. This is normal and indicative of your energy moving, changing, clearing but you should be prepared for a range of emotions or experiences. Likewise, at the end, you may be excited and energized, or contemplative and quiet—it really depends person to person, session to session—but with regular practice you will find a rhythm to your specific practice.

Virtual sessions flow in a similar manner and are equally effective.

One of the advantages of breathwork is that you really just need two things: a guide and your breath. It’s important to be clear, however, it is work and you must be ready and dedicated to experience change.

Trish is a beautiful soul who creates a nurturing, safe, and reassuring container for me to welcome myself back into my body through breath. My sessions with her often leave me feeling deeply connected to my spirit and the messages I am meant to receive. Her guidance reminds me that I can trust in being held by another person and can fully let go and feel loved. I often struggle to let myself receive this type of nurturing support but Trish’s presence and spirit makes all my defenses melt away. Book a session with her, I promise your soul will thank you.”
